Tom's professional history: The art of making dentures has been Tom's passion from an early age. He was introduced to the profession as a teenager. Tom quickly became proficient by working in local dental offices in Portland. Tom then operated his own commercial dental laboratory for 18 years. His work was preferred by many dentists in Portland and Vancouver. Dr. James O'Lennick, a prominent dentist in Vancouver, used Tom's dental laboratory for 15 years before he retired. Tom continues to do his own lab work at his present practice.
When voters in the state of Washington passed legislation permitting a licensed dentist to work directly with the patient, Tom quickly completed the required coursework, passed the license examination, and opened his own denture clinic in Vancouver.
Tom loves working with the patient to provide the perfect denture product. He specializes in difficult cases. Tom attends continuing education seminars at the U of O Dental School in Portland. He is up-to-date on all facets of implant denture technology. He is always looking for opportunities to make denture products more comfortable, easier to wear and enhancing to his patients appearance. Tom is more than willing to provide extra follow-up care to educate and assist his patients. Making denture products is truly Tom's passion.
